Postage & Packaging

UK orders are sent via Royal Mail First Class. All other orders are sent via International Airmail.

Postage costs (no matter how many books you order) are:

If you require registered, overnight or wholesale orders please e-mail us on orders@gadgetscientist.com or by phone on 0208 523 5252.

We make sure to pack goods so they'll arrive with you safe and sound, but if anything arrives damaged please contact us. 

Cancelling your order

If you wish to cancel your order let us know within 7 days of receiving your goods.  Contact us via e-mail orders@gadgetscientist.com or write to us at:

Goods you've ordered need to be returned to us within 30 days, and in the same condition they were received.

Refunds

Refunds will be made within 30 days. This will also include any postage and packaging costs associated with the original order, but you will need to cover the cost of returning any goods. We recommended using a recorded delivery service.

Replacement

If any goods arrive damaged please contact us using the e-mail or mailing address above, and we'll arrange a replacement. Please return the damaged goods to us within 30 days.
